Pierce County Parks Rules and Expectations for Summer League Officials:

All matches played at the Lakewood Community Center

National Federation High School rules will apply with the following modifications:

1. Each team must supply one line judge for all matches. It can be a student or a parent.
   
   
2. Teams must always have one adult (age 18 or older) on the bench.
   
   
3. Uniforms of a like color and with numbers are preferred, but not required.
   
   
4. Matches will consist of three games. Rally scoring will be used including the let serve. First 2 games are rally to 21 points with 24-point cap. Third game is rally to 15 points, no cap. The libero WILL be allowed. Players must wear a jersey/t-shirt of a significantly contrasting color other than from the rest of their teammates if using the libero.
   
   
5. Games may start and end with four players.
   
   
6. Each team must provide a suitable ball for matches.
   
   
7. Two 30 second time outs per game will be allowed.
   
   
8. NF rules will apply as per not wearing of jewelry, wearing of legal bobbie pins etc.
